Brief Profile (Establishment Year Food Science & Quality Control is 2002 )

“Food Science and Quality Control” has been started in the session of 2002-2003 as a subsidiary subject with Chemistry Honours. It is a first level degree course approved by UGC New Delhi. IEHE is the only Institute in M.P.  to offer this subject. Food Science and Quality Control is concerned with various aspects of food beginning with the various components of food and ending with aspects related to consumption such as menu planning and balanced diets.
